Mike Wertz is Managing Director of Vintage Sotheby's International Realty in Valencia, where he oversees many of the office operations as well as assisting in training new agents. A native of the Los Angeles area and a veteran of the Southern California real estate industry, Mike has developed exceptional understanding of the trends and issues facing buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals in the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas. During his career, Mike has proven to be an innovator, leader, and exceptional communicator.

 

In only his third year in the business Mike became the top producing agent in his office, with annual production exceeding twenty-five million dollars.
