Keith has over 20 years of experience in various facets of the real estate industry, primarily in Southern California. Most recently, he was a Development Partner with the Hanover Company developing high density luxury apartments here in Los Angeles and Orange County.  Prior to this, Keith was the VP of Residential Development and VP of Commercial and Industrial Development for Newhall Land and worked there for 10 years perfecting entitlements, forward planning, vertical development and land development for both commercial and residential projects in the communities of Valencia and Newhall Ranch.

Prior to Newhall Land, Keith worked 5 years for architecture and planning firm in Southern California.

Keith graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor Degree from the School of Architecture and Design and also holds a Master Degree of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
