TURNKEY DEVELOPMENT

Our property development group approaches each project with uncompromising attention to detail, quality, and accomplishment. Whether we, design and build or build-to-suit, our team will manage the project, subcontractors, vendors, and all required permits, to complete the project on time and on budget.

ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN
Our in-house architectural and design team manages our projects from concept to build. Starting with the feasibility study and concept evaluation, we take the project through design, plans, permits, site constraints, civil and structural engineering, and construction management. Our core focus is on driving the design processes with customer interaction while designing a project to meet our client’s requirements.
 
SALES, LEASING, FINANCING AND MARKETING
Once our development projects are completed, we look to sell the properties on the retail market. This enables us to maximize equity, facilitate a higher yield, and maintain complete control of our developments and the cost. Our professional real estate sales affiliations with Realty Executives International, Coastland Property Management, Newhall Escrow and Westrim Financial help us provide an end to end processing solution to complete the sales side of our transactions.

Realty Executives International and our affiliated partnerships with CB Richard Ellis, NAI Capital, Grubb & Ellis and Farris Lee provide some of the best leasing agents presenting our properties at highly competitive offerings that, generally, have built-in equity for potential buyers. Our master planned communities offer select homes at pre-construction prices providing additional incentives for qualified real estate buyers and our unique partnership with investment partners, provide a way to provide Lease Option solutions to future buyers who are not ready to purchase today.
