Kevin Bonn 

-         Kevin Bonn is a California Licensed Real Estate Agent, former Wealth Management Advisor, Mortgage Loan Officer and Loss Mitigation Advisor.  Serving in his community for nearly 20 years, He’s also a Residential, Commercial, and Construction Financing Specialist who works closely with area Real Estate Developers in all phases of business development including land / site acquisition, entitlement, master planning, grading and new home construction contracting.


As Managing Partner of Real Fianancial Strategies, Kevin leads a team of consultant advisors who provide mortgage relief and loss mitigation solutions that stop foreclosures using Personal Financial Strategies.  His team of Real Estate and Tax Professionals including strategic partnerships with legal professionals & Attorneys negotiate on behalf of homeowners to lower mortgage payments and modify loan terms to help people maintain ownership and regain control of their finances.
